The Metropolitan Emergency Support Services, Inc. (MESS) provides rehabilitation services to over 50 fire departments and 99 police departments in Cook County Illinois, Lake County Illinois and Kenosha County Wisconsin. Working through the Mutual Aid Box Alarm System (M.A.B.A.S.), MESS is dispatched to provide services that enable emergency responders to operate over long periods of time, for large events.
